I am sooooooo thrilled. I just had a diet cheesecake and it was delicious. I will be a faithful customer and please know I will definitely spread the word--your cheesecakes are phenomenal and I'm so glad I found your website!!!! Next time I have a few friends over I'll be serving them YOUR diet cheesecakes for dessert. We're all on diets and these are the perfect portion and taste great. I mentioned to you that I'm on a liquid diet and I'm using the cheesecakes as 1 meal replacement since the nutritional value matches the shakes. My diet place offers their own cheesecake but it's a powder and you have to mix it yourself--plus it tastes kind of gross so I'm glad I found yours. Thanks again for everything!!
